In the video excerpt below you can hear Rich Siegel, a home owner from Teaneck, New Jersey, give a brilliant speech on why it violates both domestic and international law to covertly sell houses in US synagogues for the West Bank in the occupied territories of Israel.

He speaks about a Israeli Real Estate Event that was scheduled for March 10, 2024 at the Keter Torah synagogue. That meeting would go against domestic law, since it violates the Voting Rights Act of 1965 (1) and the Fair Housing Act of 1968 (2). The latter specifically says that it is illegal to discriminate on the basis of race, color or religion. To sell houses only for Jews in a synagogue goes against those laws. “We as Jews, don’t get to fly under the radar and break the law and hide in the synagogue“

Siegel says that it violates International Law because West Bank settlement homes, in itself are illegal. He ends his short speech by saying that there is an additional reason why they shouldn’t allow these home selling events to occur, namely because there is a genocide going on. More than 35,000 people have been killed, including more than 13,000 children (3).
