On October 21, 2024 a video appeared on X (1) in which Joe Rogan was talking about a company ’23 and Me’. He said that the whole board of directors stepped down on the very day that Diddy (Sean Combs) got arrested (2). I downloaded the video and you can watch it below, but later I discovered a community note that stated that the video was actually produced by AI, using an interview Joe Rogan did with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in June 2024 (3).

Despite all this, it seems that the contents are correct. The board of directors did indeed step down on the same day that Diddy got arrested on September 17, 2024 (2,4). This article provides some backgrounds to this coincidental event.

ANNE AND SUSAN WOJCICKI
The more articles I write, the more people we get to know. Anne Wojcicki is the sister of late Susan Wojcicki, who recently passed away on August 10, 2024. Susan Wojcicki was the CEO of Youtube who proudly talked about how she censored unwanted vaccination information from Youtube (6).

The Wojcicki sisters are children of Russian Jewish immigrants (12).

It turns out that Anne Wojcicki was once married to Sergey Brin, one of the two founders of Google (together with Larry Page). This probably explains why Susan Wojcicki turned CEO of YouTube, since YouTube has been part of Youtube ever since 2006 (7).

THE COMPANY 23 AND ME
Anne Wojcicki is the CEO and co-founder of the DNA Company called ‘23 and Me‘ (8).

“One of the major consumer DNA testing companies, headquartered in California, U.S.A. Best known for its health reports (an optional purchase) and enormous testing pool, second only to AncestryDNA. Founded in April of 2006, 23andMe became the first company to begin offering autosomal DNA testing for ancestry, pioneering the saliva-based testing medium that is still used today. ” (9)

ABOUT THE RESIGNATION
On September 17, 2024 the following press-release can be written on the website of 23andme (11):

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Sept. 17, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The independent directors of the Board of 23andMe Holding Co. (Nasdaq: ME), today sent the following letter to Anne Wojcicki, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, and Chair of the Board of Directors of 23andMe, in which the independent directors have provided their resignation from the Board, effective immediately:

Dear Anne,

We, the independent directors of the 23andMe Board, hereby tender our resignations, effective immediately.

After months of work, we have yet to receive from you a fully financed, fully diligenced, actionable proposal that is in the best interests of the non-affiliated shareholders. We believe the Special Committee and the Board have provided ample time for you to submit such a proposal. That we have not seen any notable progress over the last 5 months leads us to believe no such proposal is forthcoming. The Special Committee is therefore unwilling to consider further extensions, and the Board agrees with the Special Committee’s determination.

While we continue to wholeheartedly support the Company’s mission and believe deeply in the value of the personalized health and wellness offering that you have articulated, it is also clear that we differ on the strategic direction for the Company going forward. Because of that difference and because of your concentrated voting power, we believe that it is in the best interests of the Company’s shareholders that we resign from the Board rather than have a protracted and distracting difference of view with you as to the direction of the Company.

WHAT THE ‘AI JOE ROGAN’ SAID
In the video that triggered this article the fake Joe Rogan said that Anne Wojcicki is married to Sergey Brin. This is not true, but she was married to him in the past from 2007-2015 (12). The theory that is proposed in the video was that the members of the board member bailed because there were some unethical moves being planned. He says that this company would have all our DNA and together with the access to the Google Search Engine they would be able to pinpoint who has got what kind of disease and thus promote health cures. ‘He’ warns for their anti-aging branch (13).

SOME REFLECTIONS
It seems that one of the big issues surrounding 23andMe was the plan of Anne Wojcicki to turn the company private (4). Could that perhaps have played a role? For me it was the first time to have been fooled by an AI-video, but it seems the contents were quite true: the letter of the stepping down of the board was indeed sent on the same day that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested on September 17, 2024.

The question, however, remains: why would these two events be linked? For now I prefer to think it was just a coincidence, but perhaps we will find out more in the future. If anyone has got more information on this, please share it with us in the comments below or in our Telegram group.

At (22) you can see a Q-post that was posted in response to this X-tweet. Someone else (23) suggested a relationship with a massive data-breach and some link with Ashkenazi ethnicity. Others said that the link with Diddy was just to hide their resignation while everybody’s attention was aimed at Diddy’s arrest.
