In the morning of the attacks by Hamas on Israel that eventually triggered the awful and horrendous war on Gaza, there was a mysterious stand-down order right at the time when the invastion from Gaza into Israeli territory occurred.

In the video below a soldier describes how there was a stand down order to stop patrolling the border from 5:30 until 9;00 AM. The commander of the battalion didn’t understand why, but he just passed on the orders to the patrolling soldiers, who were surprised, but just followed the orders.

At 6:30 AM the first sirens were heard. Isn’t that a bit weird, to say the least?
