A Weather Modification Airplane and its Load

I used to have my strong reservations about theories on chemtrails. They must be contrails, right? But there obviously are planes that do spread something into the air, even carrying ‘Weather Modification’ logos on them.

Here’s a text from the US Chambers (1): “Weather Modification LLC provides weather radars, cloud seeding aircraft, atmospheric research instrumentation, aircraft modification, and operational programs for the purpose of rain enhancement, snow pack augmentation, hail suppression, and fog dissipation“
