On April 12, 2024, Ludmila Lins Grilo posted both a video (1) and a longer comment (2) on X. This was met with a ‘Wow’ by Elon Musk (3). Elon Musk also recently revealed that this same Brazilian judge ordered Musk to block the accounts of certain members of the Brazilian parliament and a number of journalists, which he refused to do (5).

Below the video you can read how Ludmila Lins Grilo’s bank account was blocked, just like her passport (2). This blocking or the threat of blocking bank accounts of civilians seems to be popular tool used by the elite that don’t like any opposition, and who try to convince us that every voice that is critical of the government is nothing more than disinformation (6-8).

“Five years ago, I was the first and only active judge in Brazil to denounce the abuses of the Brazilian Supreme Court. It was clear what would happen if Alexandre de Moraes continued in his position, so I decided to put my job and my livelihood at risk to warn the rest of the judiciary.

They not only ignored me, but they also persecuted me, subjected me to moral harassment, assassinated my reputation with malice, and removed me from my position. Alexandre blocked all my social media accounts a year and a half ago, without any charges. I sought asylum in the USA, where I live today. After learning of my exile, Alexandre blocked my bank account and passport.

I am accused of being friend of Allan dos Santos (9). The Brazilian judiciary, as a whole, is complicit with Alexandre de Moraes, either by action or by omission and cowardice. Thank you, Elon Musk, for making public to the world what I have been trying to expose since 2019.” (2)
