How Biden Bribed Ukrainian President Poroshenko to fire State Prosecutor Victor Shokin

So far we only talked about Joe Biden once, in an article related to corruption and Ukraine (1). This article focuses on the well-known and successful bribe of the then Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko by Joe Biden, who was then functioning as vice president in the Obama Administration.

In the video excerpt (from 2016) below you can hear Joe Biden brag about how he threatened Poroshenko to withhold $1 billion in US Aid from Ukraine, if he didn’t fire the state prosecutor Viktor Shokin (2). Within 6 hours Shokin was fired and replaced by a new state prosecutor who Biden proudly says ‘was solid’.

At (3) you can watch Viktor Shokin corroborate reports as to why he was fired from the Burisma investigation. Burisma is a company that once held Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden in its Board of Directors (4).
