In an earlier article we already talked about the presence of potentially dangerious DNA-pollutants in Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine (1). This article is about the presence of SV-40 in this same vaccine. A salient detail is that Pfizer did not mention that this potentially carcinogenic DNA-sequence was in there.
Kevin McKernan said in a tweet (2) that his research found DNA-pollutants in the vaccine and that is was also confirmed by a group of Japanese researchers. These Japanese researchers also found SV-40. You can listen to them explaining their surprise to find this sequence in the vaccine.
They describe SV-40 as a promoter, “a sequence that is essential for gene expression. The problem is that the sequence is present in a well-known carcinogenic virus. The question is why such a sequence that is derived from such a cancer virus is present in the Pfizer’s vaccine. There should be absolutely no need for such a carcinogenic virus sequence in the vaccine. This sequence is totally unnecessary for producing the mRNA vaccine. It is a problem that such a sequence is solidly contained in the vaccine.
That is not the only problem. If a sequence like this is present in the DNA, the DNA is easily migrated to the nucleus. So it means that the DNA can easily enter the genome. These are such alarming problems.”

In an Epoch Times article from November 2023 (4) we can read about the discovery of SV40 by Mr. McKernan already back in 2023:
“The presence of the SV40 enhancer or promoter sequence in Pfizer monovalent and bivalent vaccines was first discovered by microbiologist Mr. McKernan back in April 2023. Using several methods to assess the nucleic acid composition of four vials of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, he determined that COVID-19 vaccines manufactured by Pfizer contained SV40 72bp enhancers and promoters.
Mr. McKernan said that because Pfizer’s vaccines already contain an AmpR promoter similar to Moderna—which is used to drive the antibiotic resistance gene—the inclusion of the SV40 promoter was “completely redundant” and “all risk, no reward.” (4)
His conclusion about this completely redundant presence of the SV40 promoter was shared by the Japanese researchers in the video excerpt above.
SOME REFLECTIONS
I am far from an expert on these matters, but the conclusions of both mr. McKernan and the Japanese researchers seem to suggest that Pfizer withheld the presence of an obviously redundant DNA-sequence in their covid-19 vaccine, which is known for their potential carcinogenic nature, especially because it also seems to facilitate the entry of such sequences into the nucleus of our cells.
At (5) we can read how McKernan explains the bad record of SV40 because of its presence in an earlier variant of a polio-vaccine. We have spoken about this wave of ‘turbo cancers’ (6) and the possible mechanisms that could lead to these cancers (7). In April 2024 Japanese researchers published their results in which they noticed a correlation between people having had three covid-vaccines and a rise in cancers (8).

“McKernan told The Epoch Times there is another cause for concern relating to the presence of SV40 in the COVID-19 vaccines — namely, the association of SV40 with polio vaccines,” which he said may be the reason Pfizer didn’t disclose its presence.
SV40, “an oncogenic DNA virus, was previously removed from polio vaccines due to concerns about a link to cancers … as the virus was present in monkey kidney cells that were used to grow the vaccine,” The Epoch Times reported.
