In an interview with Tucker Carlson on June 18, 2024 (1), Glenn Greenwald openly made a convincing case for the possibility that it was the Israel Lobby that exerted its power – especially after the start of the gruesome events in Southern Israel and Gaza – to make sure that the US Citizens would no longer be able to see all that criticism aimed at Israel on the TikTok Platform.

TikTok BAN TRIGGERED BY GAZA WAR
In the above excerpt Glenn Greenwald (2) explains that there was no way TikTok would have been banned before the events in Israel on October 7, 2023. There was no majority because Congress wouldn’t dare to take away such a popular app from the American people. Things changed rapidly when Israel realized that the exposure of their genocide of the Palestinian people through TikTok, was more than their propaganda machinery could repair.

THE ISRAEL LOBBY IN CONGRESS
In an earlier article we showed a video that highlights the enormous amount of people in Congress that receive money from AIPAC, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (6). There is also a video circulating that shows this deeply embedded love for Israel in the House of Representatives (6, 7)

SOME REFLECTIONS
It seems quite likely that it indeed was the very powerful Israel Lobby that was able to take away this very popular app from the American people. It obviously is a sad example of the power of the elite who decide on the backs of the citizens, while filling their own pockets. This clearly is not supported by the voice of the people.
