One of the many advantages of studying the globalist narratives is that we meet all kinds of interesting people along the way. We have already shown you a nice list of friends who seem to be helpful in our attempts to study their ugly ways (1). One of them is Jeffrey Sachs (1,2) and after the elections of Venezuela in 2024 a video of him from 2019 resurfaced (3). In that video (1) he makes it pretty clear that the United States has played a huge role in nearly destroying the country economically.

What to think of the anti-imperialism movement in Latin America? How does that relate to anti-globalism? This article touches upon this intriguing aspect.

ANTI-IMPERIALISM AND ANTI-GLOBALISM
When it comes to anti-globalists or perhaps even those wanting to ‘drain the swamp of the Deep State‘ we can identify a few influential people who are on that side, like Elon Musk and Donald Trump. But both seem to have a very strong opinion on President Maduro of Venezuela.

Trump seems to brag about how Venezuela almost collapsed and that they (the US) could have gotten their oil (4). You can watch Maduro respond to this (4). There’s also some animosity arising between Elon Musk and Maduro, where Musk said that a donkey knows more than Maduro (5).

US IMPERIALISM
You might remember the Chinese diplomat who described the huge list of countries that the United States has meddled with after the second world war (6). Philip Agee, the CIA-whistleblower talked a lot about the ruthless ways of the CIA (7). Many of those countries that were duped by this strategy were in Latin America and many of them revolted against what they called US Imperialism (12). In their struggle against the take-over by American corporations they chose for their people. Hugo Chavez was a great example of this.

ELECTIONS IN VENEZUELA
So, there is something funny going on here. On the one hand, the main stream media in the US has been attacking Venezuela relentlessly ever since Hugo Chavez managed to undo the US supported coup of 2002 (8,15). Within our study of the globalists we have learned that the Main Stream Media are one of the most powerful pawns of the globalists (9). Why would Trump and Musk support that narrative? Don’t they realize they might be backing a globalist narrative?

Here’s a video from the Venezuelan people who share their take on these media attacks aimed at their country. They proudly say they have voted for sovereignty from US Imperialism (or globalism?)
