Through a retweet by dr.ir. Carla Peeters on August 22 (1) I was directed to a July 2024 study by a German group led by Dr. Robin Kobbe (2). In the study you can read that covid-19-vaccinated children between the age of 5-11 showed a higher level of spike-specific igG4. What does this mean? This article gives some background based on another study (3) that links elevated levels of igG4 to an increased risk of cancer.

INTRODUCTION TO igG4 – THE BENEFICIAL EFFECTS
Let’s start off by saying that I am no medical doctor, but you don’t need to be a meteorologist to understand phenomena like wind and rain. It does mean that I use layman terminology to explain matters, and that might just be an advantage for most people who also are no medical professionals or researchers.

In a 2023 article by Rispens and Huijbers (3,12) you can read all about one of the elements in our immune system responses: the immunoglobulin G4, or igG4. In the article Rispens describes both the beneficial properties of igG4 and the less beneficial ones. One of the positive effects is that it is anti-inflammatory. It tends to partially block the natural immune response.

“Because of these weak effector functions and blocking ability, IgG4 is the second most widely used antibody format for therapeutic monoclonal antibodies, with examples including natalizumab, nivolumab and reslizumab.” (3)

THE LESS BENEFICIAL EFFECTS: INCREASED RISK OF TUMOR GROWTH
Rispens and Huijbers (3) also describe a number of less beneficial effects of igG4 (4). One of them is that they might interfere with the tumor-battling qualities of other igG antibodies. If you take a look at the image on top of this article you can see that igG4 is actually competing with other antibodies, likely improving the chances of tumors to grow.

“b, In melanoma, tumour growth can be obstructed by IgG antibodies that cause inflammation and destruction or growth inhibition of tumour cells. Some tumours, in turn, produce IL-4 and IL-10, which stimulate class-switching of local B cells and increased IgG4 production. High levels of high-affinity IgG4 compete with other antibody (sub)classes for binding to the tumour and prevent further inflammation and tumour destruction owing to their anti-inflammatory nature, leading to increased disease progression. “ (3)

THE JULY 2024 STUDY BY KOBBE ET. AL.
Now, let’s read the abstract of the German research paper in the Pediatric Infectious Disease Journal by Kobbe and his team (2):

“Humoral immune responses after BNT162b2 vaccination are predominantly composed of immunoglobulin (Ig) G1 and IgG3 subclass antibodies. As previously described in adults, S1-specific and receptor-binding domain–specific IgG4 levels increase significantly 1 year after the second BNT162b2 vaccination in children 5-11 years of age. Understanding mRNA vaccine–specific IgG4 responses in all age groups is crucial as more mRNA vaccines will reach licensure in the coming years.“

Towards the end of the article the authors note: “In summary, we report on increased spike-specific IgG4 levels in children 1 year after BNT162b2 vaccination, such as the effect observed in adults.” (2)

MECHANISMS TO EXPLAIN THE INCREASE OF ‘TURBO CANCERS’
In earlier articles dr. McCullough proposed a few mechanisms that could explain the rise of all kinds of cancers in young people after the covid-vaccinations (5). In the video in that article you can hear him say that “the S2-spike protein that one gets from the vaccine seems to inhibit two natural tumor suppressor systems, especially related to breast and female reproduction system cancers” Could he be referring to the igG4 proteins?

Dr. Makis is another doctor who is very outspoken about the rise of these rapidly growing cancers in younger people (6). He expects a tsunami of evidence coming that will show how the vaccine is responsible for a huge amount of diseases and deaths globally. They both are co-authors on a recent study that produces a very likely link between covid-vaccinations and death, mostly within a couple of days, based on autopsies (7).

Here’s a piece from the transcript: “And then another paper came out showing that after the booster, not after the 1st and 2nd, the 1st and 2nd induce what we call immunoglobulin subtypes, we call these one and three and these make neutralizing antibodies. But after the booster, many people now have reported that the subtype switches to four. Now what this means instead of attacking a virus with a neutralizing killing, they switch off to a tolerizing one. And IgG4 is exactly the antibody response you want to have if you have a kidney transplant or a liver transplant, you want to tolerize the antibodies so they don’t go and attack the new kidney. So all of a sudden this starts falling into place. We’re switching off the policeman and then we’re tolerizing and so no wonder the cancer is able to escape. But subsequently we found many other disturbing reasons why at the very least and my point is being that the fact that we have a scientific explanation for this.”
