Dr. Ken Caldeira and a Proposal to use Aluminium and Barium in the Sky to Reflect Sunlight

A Russian member of the Gondolath Study Group directed me to a Swiss documentary called ‘Overcast‘ which was produced in 2015 by Matthias Hancke (1). Just like the other documentary we have been studying here on this website, The Dimming, it focuses on Geoengineering. In the excerpt below you can hear Dr. Ken Caldeira (3,4) speak during a US Science and Technology Committee at Washington DC in 2009.

Dr. Ken Caldeira explains a possible method to fight climate change by reflecting sunlight
though the creation of an AluminiumOxide and Barium Titanate Layer in the Sky (1)

Dr, Caldeira launches a proposal to use a layer of AluminiumOxide (Al203) and BaTi03 (Barium Titanate) in the sky to create a kind of mirror to reflect sunlight. The rationale would be that it is a way to help fight global warming by making sure less sunlight reaches the surface.
